from A$20.00

Lophophora Williamsii “Peyote” 20 Seed pack .

Fresh April 2024 Seeds
Mixed Varieties, all L.williamsii

Peyote is one of the slowest growing cacti in the world, and also endangered due to industrial farming, running through the homelands and habitats in Mexico and USA. It is very important to keep this sacred plant alive and growing in safe places.

I reccomend the “Takeaway tek” method for germination, see photo.
and an alkaline soil. I use 40% soil and then sand and little rocks to account for the rest . But if you wanted to be specific you could go for example, 40% soil, 30% sand, 20% perlite, 10% dolomite (limestone).
and grow initially on an east facing window, protected while they are still young from direct hot light.
and later introduced to more 50% full sun, 50% shade.
if your serious about growing these, then youll look up how to do so :)

also check out grafting onto “periskopsis” , as i have been able to turn a seed around 6 months old, into a flowering and fruiting cacti in 1.5 years.

photos are from my garden in Australia.

many thanks & happy growing.
lophophora is a life long friend
