With 6 capsules, that would equate approximately to 0.2g of “medicinal mushrooms” in accompanying with the « aloe-cactus. Keywords: Focus, insight, creativity, energy, Earth connection, Solar & Lunar energy, ancient Ways, connection to the moment. « 90 capsules . This blend was the original inspiration for this project.

3. 🍄 “medicinal mushroom” only. 50 capsules* 0.06mg of “medicinal mushroom” per capsule. These currently are strong cultivars, which turn up the saturation of life and help with feeling and emotional dimensions. Supported also with lions mane extract and 10% B3 (Niacin). In each capsule. A classic stack popularised by Paul Stamets. The suggested dose is 1-4 capsules. But you have the option to just have 1. This method works well for dialing in your own personal needs. This is a labor of love. I have so much respect for these plants and I hope that they can benefit your path, as they have mine. I attribute my creative journey in becoming an artist to the teachings of these plants in varying amounts. Everything is grown and crafted with love and care. It’s taken a few years to dial in my process with the specific genetics of each plant, which parts to use and which to discard and after much trial and learning, this protocol was created.
