also know as Peyote. A endangered species in habitat. Great to grow for preservation and to be a guardian of this plant.

But for reference, lophs like a lot of mineral.

Scoria , pumice, rock, dolomite, gypsum, a little soil ect. They also love part shade at this stage of there growth, remembering that in habitat they grow under bushes and shrubs.
